AI call scoring
A short AI summary and a qualified-lead score for each transcribed call.
Built, not yet tested liveBuilt. Not yet tested against a live Anthropic API account.
Live: shipped in OrcLink's production release before this one. Built, not yet tested live: built and tested with sample data, not yet run against a live account of the vendor. Coming soon: listed, not available to connect yet.
Switching it on
- Calls > Rules and recording (owners and admins). It needs call transcription, the workspace's AI agents switched on (see "AI Analyst"), and a manager's confirmation of this sentence:
- Send the text of each transcribed call to the AI provider to write a short summary and a qualified-lead score. Long numbers and email addresses are removed first, but names and everything else the caller says are sent. This is the only place where what a caller said leaves OrcLink. It never runs in HIPAA mode.
- Never in HIPAA mode, also with a recorded BAA.
What is sent and stored
- This is the one place where what a caller said leaves OrcLink: the call text goes to the AI provider, with digit runs of 7 or more (phone, card, account numbers) and email addresses removed first. Names and everything else are sent.
- Stored: a summary (encrypted, at most 500 characters, long numbers and email addresses removed again), a score from 0 to 100 and a label (qualified, not qualified, unsure). An answer in any other shape stores nothing.
- Each request counts against the workspace's daily AI budget and is recorded in the audit log (never the content).
- Kept and deleted with the transcript.
What the score changes
- Nothing by itself. With "use the score in call qualification" on (off by default), a "not qualified" label marks the call's own lead unqualified while it is still an open lead at the entry stage. Never the reverse, and the click match is never touched.
