A daily copy of one report view (aggregates only, never person-level rows) into a sheet OrcLink creates, while the scheduled jobs export and jobs run (your OrcLink operator schedules them).

How to connect
- Data out > Sheets: "Connect Google with Sheets access" (OrcLink can open only the files it creates), then pick the report view (dimension, model, currency).
What OrcLink reads
- Nothing from the destination.
What OrcLink writes back
- A daily copy of one report view into a Google Sheet OrcLink creates in your Google account: aggregate report rows only, never person-level rows. Once a day (07:30 UTC) while the scheduled jobs export and jobs run (your OrcLink operator schedules them).
- Looker Studio can read the sheet (Looker Studio's own Google Sheets connector).
Never stored
- Your credentials in clear: stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown again.
Known limits
- If the person who connected Google can no longer manage the workspace, the export stops until someone connects again.
- HIPAA mode: it runs only after an owner records a BAA with Google.
- Plans: any paid plan.
