Zapier
A private OrcLink app for Zapier: triggers on outcomes, actions that record conversions, revenue and opportunities.
Built, not yet tested liveBuilt. Not yet published to Zapier or tested against a live Zapier account: ask OrcLink support.
Live: shipped in OrcLink's production release before this one. Built, not yet tested live: built and tested with sample data, not yet run against a live account of the vendor. Coming soon: listed, not available to connect yet.
What it does
- Triggers (REST hooks): New Form Lead, New Chat Lead, Call Completed, Opportunity Created or Updated, Revenue Recorded, Outcome Stage Changed. A Zap that is on shows on Data out > Webhooks with its delivery log.
- Actions: Create Conversion, Upsert Revenue, Upsert Opportunity.
- Auth: an API key with the read and write scopes (Data out > API). Revoking the key turns its hooks off.
HIPAA mode
Zapier triggers are refused (a Zap cannot record a BAA with Zapier). Use a webhook endpoint with a recorded BAA instead.
