If you're on a plan when we change pricing, you keep your current rate for at least 12 months. We'll email you 60 days before any change takes effect.
No Overage Billing. Ever.
Hit your plan limit? Your existing links keep working — they never stop redirecting. You just can't create new ones until you upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle. We will never send you a surprise bill.
Usage Alerts Before Limits
We email you at 50%, 75%, and 90% of your plan limits so you're never caught off guard. No surprises, no sudden cutoffs.
Immortal Links
Links created on any plan continue redirecting forever, even if you downgrade to free or cancel entirely. Your QR codes never break. Your printed materials never go stale.
