For agencies that run paid media for clients
Show each client the revenue their ad spend brought in.
One login for every client. Each client gets reports under your brand, built from their own CRM, store and call data, so the numbers hold up in the meeting.
Sound familiar?
Your client asks what the spend bought. The platforms give three answers.
- Clients ask what they got for the spend, and platform numbers do not agree with each other.
- Every client report is rebuilt by hand from screenshots and exports.
- Leads look good in the ad account, but nobody can show which ones closed.
How it works
From new client to shared report in three steps
Step 1: Add a client
Create a client workspace. Start it from a saved template of stages, channel rules and capture settings.
Step 2: Connect where results happen
Install the script on the client’s site, then connect their CRM, store, payments or call tracker.
Step 3: Share the report
Give the client a report login or a share link, with your name, logo and colours.
At sign-up you tell us if you are a healthcare business. Only then does HIPAA mode switch on. In HIPAA mode no ad-platform upload, CRM write-back or outbound webhook leaves until a BAA is recorded (a webhook also needs one for its endpoint; a BAA takes effect only when both parties sign it), and GA4 events stay off. A workspace where nobody answered the question, and a client workspace an agency creates, start in HIPAA mode until the workspace owner turns it off in Conversions, Compliance.
Proof you can check
What OrcLink does, exactly
- A share link shows one report view, expires within 90 days and can be revoked at any time.
- A client login sees reports only. Totals only is the default for a client login, so the client sees no person-level rows unless you allow it.
- A template copies stages, channel rules, campaign groups and capture settings. It never copies integrations, keys or data.
- Each client workspace has its own plan and its own visit limit, and starts on the Free plan. Bill your client for it, or include it in your fee.
- A client workspace you create starts in HIPAA mode (it skips the sign-up question), and a template switches nothing personal on. For a client outside healthcare, the workspace owner turns HIPAA mode off before uploads, write-back and outbound sends work.
What you get
Prove ROAS with the client’s own revenue
Run every client from one place
Switch between clients without switching tools, and see totals across all of them.
One login for every client
BuiltA workspace per client, a switcher, and a roll-up across clients.
Client setup templates
BuiltStart a new client workspace from a saved setup.
Roles and permissions
BuiltOwner, admin, member, viewer and client roles.
Report under your brand
Clients see your name and logo. They see reports, not your setup.
White-label
BuiltYour product name, logo and colours, and client emails sent from your own verified domain.
Client logins that see reports only
BuiltA client role for reports, with an "aggregates only" switch per workspace.
Share links for reports
BuiltA read-only link to one report view. It expires within 90 days and you can revoke it.
Prove return with the client’s own numbers
Revenue comes from the client’s CRM, store and calls, so ROAS is a number you can defend.
CRM stage sync
Built, not yet tested liveReads lead, deal and won stages from Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics 365, ActiveCampaign, Capsule, Insightly, SugarCRM and monday.com.
Revenue, cost and ROAS reports

Improve results, not only report them
Send real conversions back to the ad platforms, and get a plain-language read on what changed.
Approval before upload
BuiltBy default each upload waits in a batch for an owner or admin to approve. Health data is stripped and every send is written to an audit log.
Meta Conversions API
BuiltLeads and sales with hashed email, phone and fbclid. Event ids match your pixel, so Meta counts each once.
Google Ads offline conversions
BuiltGCLID, GBRAID and enhanced conversions for leads through the Data Manager API.
AI Analyst
Built, not yet tested liveFlags material changes in leads, revenue, spend, CPL, ROAS and match rate, and answers questions about your reports. It sees report totals only; small groups are folded.

What to know before you start
- Serving the app on your own app domain needs a manual setup step by OrcLink for now. Branded email from your own domain works once the domain is verified.
- Most CRM and call-tracker connections are built and tested with sample data, not yet with live accounts. Each one is labelled.
- Today the plan of a client workspace is changed by a direct owner of that workspace. An agency organization role cannot manage its bill yet.

Every plan includes: Revenue tracking, Geo-routing, A/B testing, Bio pages, QR codes, Immortal links (never expire), Fallback URLs, Data export, Basic analytics.
A visit is a human site session or link click; crawlers, AI agents and test traffic are not counted. You see the price of a paid plan in Settings, Billing before you pay.
Call tracking above the included numbers and minutes is billed per number and per minute, at the rates shown in Settings, Billing. Phone numbers and call minutes are billed by Twilio on the workspace's own Twilio account; OrcLink's call tracking add-on is a platform fee on top of that.
Data-driven and impression attribution are modelled and not causal. The marketing mix model and the media planner give a rough, directional estimate.
No card to start
The Free plan asks for a name, an email and a password. Nothing else.
Tracking never waits on billing
Capture, link clicks, calls and incoming leads and sales do not check your plan. A billing error never switches off a feature that works.
Over your limit? Nothing is held back
Tracking, reports and every export keep working. After 14 days over the visit limit, you cannot add some new setup until you upgrade or the month turns.
Cancel in the app
Cancel from Settings in the app. Your links keep redirecting after you cancel.
Your data stays yours
Export at any time: CSV, the open API, webhooks, or a warehouse on plans that include it.
