For service businesses that win work by form and phone
Find out which ads bring booked jobs, not just form fills.
OrcLink joins each form, call and chat to the ad click that started it, follows it through your CRM to the won job, and tells Google and Meta which leads turned into revenue.
Sound familiar?
Your ad account counts form fills. You get paid for jobs.
- The ad account counts every form fill the same, including spam and tyre-kickers.
- Many of your leads phone you, and those calls do not show up in your ad reports at all.
- You know your cost per lead, but not your cost per job won.
How it works
From first click to won job in three steps
Step 1: Capture every lead
Add the script and mark your forms. Add tracking numbers, or connect the call tracker you already use.
Step 2: Connect your CRM
OrcLink reads each lead’s stage, from new to won, and the deal value.
Step 3: See cost per won job and send it back
Reports show return per channel, campaign and keyword. Approved conversions go back to the ad platforms.
At sign-up you tell us if you are a healthcare business. Only then does HIPAA mode switch on. In HIPAA mode no ad-platform upload, CRM write-back or outbound webhook leaves until a BAA is recorded (a webhook also needs one for its endpoint; a BAA takes effect only when both parties sign it), and GA4 events stay off. A workspace where nobody answered the question, and a client workspace an agency creates, start in HIPAA mode until the workspace owner turns it off in Conversions, Compliance.
Proof you can check
What OrcLink does, exactly
- Form capture reads only the first email field and the first phone field on the forms you mark. It never reads the message.
- A lead joins a click by its click id or by a hashed email or phone captured earlier. No fingerprints and no guesses by time.
- Revenue and ROAS count won value only. Open deals show apart as pipeline.
- By default, every upload to an ad platform waits for an owner or admin to approve it.
What you get
Know your cost per won job, per ad
Every lead, from every channel
Forms, chats and thank-you pages all keep the click that brought the visitor.
Form capture
BuiltOn the forms you mark, reads the first email and phone field (never the message) and hashes them on arrival.
Form builder guides
Built, not yet tested liveStep-by-step setup for Gravity Forms, Elementor, Webflow, Wix, Unbounce, HubSpot Forms, Calendly and more.
Live chat capture
Built, not yet tested liveA chat start or pre-chat form from Tawk.to, Intercom, Drift, LiveChat, Crisp and others becomes a lead. Messages are never read.
Thank-you page conversions
BuiltCount a visit to your confirmation page as one conversion.
Calls count too
Each visitor sees their own number, so the call joins their visit, their ad and their keyword.
Dynamic number insertion
Built, not yet tested liveEach visitor sees a number from your pool, so the call joins their visit, their click and their keyword.
Included from the Small planHow it works: Dynamic number insertion→Static numbers for offline ads

Included from the Small planHow it works: Static numbers for offline ads→CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, Invoca, Infinity, Delacon
Built, not yet tested liveKeep your call tracker. Its calls arrive by webhook and join the journey.
AI call scoring
Built, not yet tested liveA short summary and a qualified-lead score for each transcribed call.
From lead to won job
Follow each lead through your stages. Lost deals lower the value, so reports show what was won.
CRM stage sync
Built, not yet tested liveReads lead, deal and won stages from Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics 365, ActiveCampaign, Capsule, Insightly, SugarCRM and monday.com.
Your own pipeline stages
BuiltName your stages (lead, qualified, opportunity, won) once per workspace. Lost deals and refunds lower the value.
CRM write-back
Built, not yet tested liveWrites source, campaign, landing page and click ids into empty CRM fields, so your sales team sees where each lead came from.
Pipeline, forecast and cohorts
BuiltOpen pipeline value, a revenue forecast and lifetime value by cohort.
Teach the ad platforms what a good lead is
Choose to send only qualified leads and won jobs, with their value, so form spam does not train the bidding.
Google Ads offline conversions
BuiltGCLID, GBRAID and enhanced conversions for leads through the Data Manager API.
Meta Conversions API
BuiltLeads and sales with hashed email, phone and fbclid. Event ids match your pixel, so Meta counts each once.
Stage and call events
Built, not yet tested liveSend a qualified call, a deal stage or revenue as its own event type.
Values for value-based bidding
BuiltEach upload carries the deal or order value, so the platform can bid on revenue.
Why OrcLink
Next to what you use now
Next to a call tracker on its own
Keep it if you like it: OrcLink reads its calls. It then adds the form leads and the CRM outcome to the same journey.
Next to GA4
GA4 counts the form submit. OrcLink follows that lead to the won job in your CRM (CRM sync: built, not yet tested live), and can still send GA4 the event (built, not yet tested live).

What to know before you start
- Call tracking is on paid plans. Each plan includes some tracking numbers and call minutes a month; extra numbers and minutes are billed per number and per minute, at the rates shown in Settings, Billing. Twilio bills the numbers and calls themselves on your own Twilio account.
- Call tracking, the CRM connections and the call-tracker webhooks are built and tested with sample data, not yet with live accounts. Each one is labelled.

Every plan includes: Revenue tracking, Geo-routing, A/B testing, Bio pages, QR codes, Immortal links (never expire), Fallback URLs, Data export, Basic analytics.
A visit is a human site session or link click; crawlers, AI agents and test traffic are not counted. You see the price of a paid plan in Settings, Billing before you pay.
Call tracking above the included numbers and minutes is billed per number and per minute, at the rates shown in Settings, Billing. Phone numbers and call minutes are billed by Twilio on the workspace's own Twilio account; OrcLink's call tracking add-on is a platform fee on top of that.
Data-driven and impression attribution are modelled and not causal. The marketing mix model and the media planner give a rough, directional estimate.
No card to start
The Free plan asks for a name, an email and a password. Nothing else.
Tracking never waits on billing
Capture, link clicks, calls and incoming leads and sales do not check your plan. A billing error never switches off a feature that works.
Over your limit? Nothing is held back
Tracking, reports and every export keep working. After 14 days over the visit limit, you cannot add some new setup until you upgrade or the month turns.
Cancel in the app
Cancel from Settings in the app. Your links keep redirecting after you cancel.
Your data stays yours
Export at any time: CSV, the open API, webhooks, or a warehouse on plans that include it.
