For SaaS and B2B teams with a sales pipeline
Tie ad spend to pipeline and closed revenue, not just sign-ups.
OrcLink follows each lead from the ad click through your CRM stages to closed-won, shows open pipeline apart from won revenue, and sends offline conversions to Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft (built, not yet tested live).
Sound familiar?
The ads optimise for sign-ups. Your board asks about pipeline.
- The ad platforms optimise for sign-ups and demo requests, not for deals that close.
- Sales cycles run for months, so last-click reports miss the ad that started the deal.
- Marketing and sales disagree on where pipeline came from.
How it works
From ad click to closed-won in three steps
Step 1: Capture sign-ups and demo requests
Add the script and mark your forms, or send leads from your app by API.
Step 2: Connect your CRM
OrcLink reads each lead’s stage and deal value, and can write the source back into empty CRM fields.
Step 3: Report pipeline and send it back
See pipeline and won revenue per campaign. Send each stage to the ad platforms as its own conversion.
At sign-up you tell us if you are a healthcare business. Only then does HIPAA mode switch on. In HIPAA mode no ad-platform upload, CRM write-back or outbound webhook leaves until a BAA is recorded (a webhook also needs one for its endpoint; a BAA takes effect only when both parties sign it), and GA4 events stay off. A workspace where nobody answered the question, and a client workspace an agency creates, start in HIPAA mode until the workspace owner turns it off in Conversions, Compliance.
Proof you can check
What OrcLink does, exactly
- Revenue, ROAS and ROI count won value only. Open deal value shows apart as pipeline.
- Multi-touch models include W-shaped and full path, for long sales cycles.
- Write-back fills empty CRM fields only by default, so your sales team’s data is not overwritten.
- The API is documented in public, for reading and writing.

Why OrcLink
Next to what you use now
Next to CRM attribution fields
A CRM keeps the first or last source. OrcLink keeps the whole journey and the cost beside it.
Next to GA4
GA4 sees the sign-up. OrcLink follows that lead to closed-won and can still send GA4 the event (built, not yet tested live).
Next to Ruler Analytics
Read the row-by-row comparison, with OrcLink’s honest status for each row.

A visit is a human site session or link click; crawlers, AI agents and test traffic are not counted. You see the price of a paid plan in Settings, Billing before you pay.
Call tracking above the included numbers and minutes is billed per number and per minute, at the rates shown in Settings, Billing. Phone numbers and call minutes are billed by Twilio on the workspace's own Twilio account; OrcLink's call tracking add-on is a platform fee on top of that.
Data-driven and impression attribution are modelled and not causal. The marketing mix model and the media planner give a rough, directional estimate.
No card to start
The Free plan asks for a name, an email and a password. Nothing else.
Tracking never waits on billing
Capture, link clicks, calls and incoming leads and sales do not check your plan. A billing error never switches off a feature that works.
Over your limit? Nothing is held back
Tracking, reports and every export keep working. After 14 days over the visit limit, you cannot add some new setup until you upgrade or the month turns.
Cancel in the app
Cancel from Settings in the app. Your links keep redirecting after you cancel.
Your data stays yours
Export at any time: CSV, the open API, webhooks, or a warehouse on plans that include it.
